If the fuel tank is not full when you return the vehicle, you will be required to pay for the fuel.

*Various expenses incurred during the rental car usage period (fuel costs, highway tolls, parking fees, etc.) will be borne by the customer.

Please pay at the office or designated location when you sign the rental contract (before departure).
As a general rule, payment can be made by credit card, cash, various electronic money, or QR code payment.

*If you pay by credit card, the time when the money is actually debited from your bank account will depend on the credit card company's regulations.

・Application expiration date (new reservations and reservation changes)

・Cancellation of application (reservation cancellation)
A cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your reservation from 6 days prior to the date of use.

Up until 17:00 7 days before the rental date: Free
Between 6 and 3 days before the rental date, up to 5:00 p.m.: 20% of the rental fee
From 2 days before the rental date to 17:00 on the day before: 50% of the rental fee
After 17:00 on the day before the rental date or without notice: 100% of the fee
